DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Instant Downloads)

How do I download my digital files?

After checkout, your files become immediately available. You can download them from  Your Account  → Download Files

Are these products digital?

Yes! All digital products in Zimal Creative are digital downloads. except Print-On-Demand (POD) products.
No physical items are shipped in case of digital download only.

Can I request a different size or format?

Yes! We offer free resizing and format adjustments. Simply contact us and we’ll customize it for you.

What file formats are included?

Depending on the product, you may receive:

  • PNG
  • JPG
  • PDF
  • SVG
  • EPS
  • ZIP files (containing multiple formats)

Formats are listed on each product page.

Can I print the artwork at home?

Yes! You can print at:

  • Home printer
  • Office supply stores (Staples, Office Depot, etc.)
  • Local print shops
  • Online print services (Shutterfly, Printful, VistaPrint)

    All files are high-resolution and print-ready.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely!
Just send us a message with the size you need — we’ll send it for free.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Because these are digital files, we cannot accept returns or refunds once downloaded.
However, if you have any issue, we’ll gladly fix it.

Can I use your designs for commercial use?

No. All digital products are for personal use only, unless you purchase an extended license. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing files is not allowed.

I can’t open the ZIP file. What should I do?

No problem!
Contact us and we’ll send the files unzipped.

My files are blurry or low quality — what happened?

Make sure you download the full, original file from the link.
Screenshots and previews appear lower quality for loading performance.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes!
We can create custom:

Do I need a Canva account to use your templates?

Yes, for Canva templates you need a free or Pro Canva account. You don’t need Pro—most templates work with the free version.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) PRODUCTS

When will my POD order ship?

Most items are made-to-order and ship within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No! We offer currently offer shipping to specific countries  for all POD items.

 

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your product is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, just send us a photo and we will replace it for free.

Can I cancel or change my POD order?

Since items are produced on demand, cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

What materials do you use for POD apparel?

We use premium-quality fabrics like soft cotton and cotton/poly blends for durability, comfort, and sharp print quality.

 

Do POD items come with tracking?

Yes, all POD items include a tracking number once shipped.
