Digital products are digital downloads, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once files are delivered. 

At Zimal Creative, every Print-on-Demand item is custom-made just for you. Because each product is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds

Digital Products Refund and Return Policy

we will gladly help in the following cases:

1. Eligible for Free File Replacement

You will receive replacement files if:

  • Your file is corrupted
  • You received the wrong file
  • The download link is not working
  • There is an error in the design

2. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Not having compatible software
  • Failing to download before deleting

Once files are downloaded, the sale becomes final due to immediate access to the digital asset.

3. Customer Support Guarantee

We always want you to be 100% satisfied.
If something is wrong, we will fix it quickly.

POD Refund and Return Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your POD item arrives with any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted area
  • A photo of the full product
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund when necessary.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Print-on-Demand items go into production shortly after you order.
For this reason, cancellations or changes can only be made within:

 2 hours after placing your order

If the order is already in production, we cannot modify or cancel it.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Delay caused by shipping carriers
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color variations due to screen differences

Please check size charts and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is lost by the shipping carrier:

  • We will file a claim and
  • Send a free replacement once confirmed lost

Please allow the required carrier timeframe before a package is officially declared lost.

5. Returns

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns for POD products unless we ask for it in special circumstances.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
