PERSONAL USE LICENSE (Included with Every Purchase)

With a Personal Use License, you may:

Allowed:

• Print the design for your home, office, gifts, or personal décor
• Use the design on your own personal items (shirt, mug, poster, planner, etc.)
• Make physical prints for yourself or a friend
• Save the files on your personal device
• Use the files in personal crafting projects

Not Allowed:

• Reselling the digital files in any form
• Sharing, redistributing, or giving the files to others
• Uploading the files to social media, stock sites, POD sites, or marketplaces
• Using the designs for business branding unless a commercial license is purchased
• Claiming the design as your own artwork

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (Optional Upgrade)

Commercial use allows you to use our designs for small business use.

Allowed with Commercial License:

• Use the design on physical items you sell (shirts, mugs, stickers, posters, etc.)
• Use the artwork in limited batch production (up to 500 units)
• Modify colors, add text, or combine with your own artwork
• Use as part of your brand visuals (if agreed in writing)

Not Allowed Even With Commercial License:

• Reselling the digital file itself
• Selling or giving away editable files (SVG, PNG, PSD, PDF, etc.)
• Using the design in large-scale mass production (over 500 sales)
• Uploading to POD platforms as the original design (Redbubble, Printify, Teespring, etc.)
• Claiming copyright of the original artwork

PROHIBITED ACTIONS (All Licenses)

To protect our work, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling any digital file, modified or unmodified
• Sharing the files publicly or giving them to others
• Uploading the artwork to AI training datasets
• Using our product previews or mockups as your own
• Creating new digital products that compete with our listings

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All designs, files, and artwork are the intellectual property of Zimal Creative and are protected by international copyright laws.
Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright — it only grants usage rights.

DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

Because our products are digital and downloadable, all sales are final.
However, if you experience any issue with your files, we are always happy to help or replace them.
